In this game, 3 to 5 players will take the role of tycoons and tries to earn money and build a stock portfolio by investing in railroads of the United States. There are 5 railroads looking for grain and market in the Midwest through the Appalachian mountains in the early 1850s.

Try to keep together these private companies and eastern railroads to form the most profitable railroad in the Midwest. Better components are included in the game, nothing will change in the mechanics and the good balance present in the game between the portfolio management and the board play. Smaller cards and mounted boards are included in the second edition.

In questo gioco, da 3 a 5 giocatori assumeranno il ruolo di magnati e cercheranno di guadagnare denaro e costruire un portafoglio azionario investendo nelle ferrovie degli Stati Uniti. Ci sono 5 ferrovie in cerca di grano e mercato nel Midwest attraverso i monti Appalachi all'inizio degli anni '50 dell'Ottocento.

Cerca di tenere insieme queste compagnie private e le ferrovie orientali per formare la ferrovia più redditizia del Midwest. Nel gioco sono incluse componenti migliori, nulla cambierà nelle meccaniche e nel buon equilibrio presente nel gioco tra la gestione del portafoglio e il gioco da tavolo. Sono incluse carte più piccole e schede montate in questa seconda edizione.
